Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to partner with key stakeholders and drive key project deliverables in a change management environment.

Key Duties include:

Responsible for assembling multiple ad hoc project teams, assigning individual tasks, identifying appropriate resources and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deliverables to meet program milestone deadlines.

Develop and communicate detailed business requirements through written
documentation, process flows and use cases.

Requires regular, detailed, comprehensive communications with internal and external parties on project status, to include executive summary, risks, issues and decisions made affecting the project.

Prepare Program level reports for senior management review and maintains project plans and project artifacts in Microsoft Project.

Provides input to senior management team with regards to defining and implementing strategic and tactical improvements for the project.

Required Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of prior IT project manager and/or Lead project manager experience within a large, complex and heterogeneous company.
• PMI-PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience working with large, complex schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Experience with large packaged software implementation projects and SDLC phases
• Strong communications skills to facilitate effective coordination between delivery managers, project coordinators and team members.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with business units and acting as a liaison to the technical teams.
• Strong business process and analytical skills.
• Solid experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• 10% business travel required.
