Job Description:

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for Company clients and is responsible for overall client satisfaction and flow of work. Account Manager will provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. The Account Manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Must be experienced working with large clients, understand their budget cycles, how decisions are made and internal politics. Must be able to establish winning relationships with key individuals; must be honest, aggressive and have the integrity necessary to build trust with clients in large organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Responsible for maintaining a flow of business to the recruitment team
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Senior Management of any problems that may arise.
  • Responsible for account growth and assists in new business development
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and recruitment team, to set expectations
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the CEO, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.


Requirements:

  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years of Account management or sales experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand basic software, hardware, networks, etc concepts)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Staffing industry experience preferred
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Close 4 deals per month
